Sunshine Packaging is an independent sub-brand response to all the global trading business for its group company. Our main factory has been family owned and operated since 1998.

Our group boasts 22 years of specialised experience in the research, development and manufacturing of Flexible Packaging. Covering a site area of 30,000m²,and building area of 20,000m², the workshop is constructed in accordance with Industry 4.0 intelligent standards, including 8,000m² of 100,000 leveldust-free purification workshop. Equipped with 4 sets of BOBST high-speed printing production lines, the printing speed reaches up to 400 m/min, with up to 10 printing colors. The workshop is equipped with over 30 sets ofhigh-speed slitting equipment and bag making machines, producing a large variety of pouches and bags, including flat bottom bag, stand up bag, zipper bag. The daily production in formed bag reaches 3 million pcs, and the film production capacity reaches 50 tons/day. There are 8 sets of high-definition intelligent digital QC inspection equipment to guarantee no defective products can be missed, together with our stringent quality assurance policyensures ultimate customer satisfaction.

With ISO9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 certified, we also implement the PDCA cycle improvement management system internally. With the goal of “good quality, zero defects” to provide consumers with consistent high quality flexible packaging products.
