Sunshine Packaging is an independent sub-brand response to all theglobal trading business for its group company. Our main factory has beenfamily owned and operated since 1998.

It boasts22 years of specialised experience in the research, developmentand manufacturing of Flexible Packaging. Covering a site area of 30,000m2,and building area of 20,000m2, the workshop is constructed in accordingwith Industrial 4.0 intelligent standards, including8,000m2 of 100,000 leveldust-free purification workshop. Equipped with 4 sets of BOBST high-speedprinting production lines, the printing speed reaches up to 400 m/min, withup to 10 printing colors. The workshop is equipped with over 30 sets ofhigh-speed slitting equipments and bag making machines, producing a large variety of pouches and bags, including flat bottom bag, stand up bag, zipperbag. The daily production in formed bag reaches3million pcs, and the filmproduction capacity reaches 50 tons/day. There are 8sets of high-definitionintelligent digital QC inspection equipments to guarantee no defectiveproducts can be missed, together with our stringent quality assurance policyensures ultimate customer satisfaction.

With ISO9001:2015 and FSSC22000certified, we alsoimplement the PDCAcycle improvement management system internally. With the goal of “goodquality, zero defects” to provide consumers with consistent high qualityflexible packaging products.
